Thousands of people lined Pecan Street to watch a parade of dancers, cars, floats, and horses move down the street for more than an hour. The Brown Suggas and the Mayor of Clearview participated in the parade in a small, decorated car. It was a fun ride for participants including first time attendees, the granddaughters of Shirley Nero (Jordan and Jada), and Shirley and Marilyn Jackson.
