Reed Elementary 2021-2022 Enrollment underway

Reed Elementary School in Holdenville is now taking enrollment for Pre-K and new students Kindergarten through third grade for the 2021-2022 school year. Children must be four years of age on or before September 1, 2021 to enroll in Pre-K and you must bring shot records, birth certificates, social security cards, proof of residency and tribal card (if applicable). Ardell Evella Drake Withers was born in Clearview, Oklahoma July 22, 1916 to Sam and Mendie Edwards Drake. Ardell was the third of ten siblings: Lillian, Luvenia, Irene, Selma, Etta, Alma, Everett, W. G., and Willie B. Being raised in the home as the elder child, Ardell developed strong leadership qualities early in life. Upon the death of her mother and due to her deep devotion to her family, she assumed the role of matriarch.
