HOLDENVILLE — A Seminole Nation Tribal member was arrested May 27 after allegedly being found in possession of a stolen vehicle reported missing from a Holdenville apartment complex earlier that same day.

An early 99th Birthday Brunch Surprise for Joy Simmons (a/k/a Tootsie): Pastor Claude and Reinette Butler (retired pastor and his wife of First Baptist Church, Wetumka) graciously opened up their hearts and home to longtime church friends in honor of Joy’s 99th birthday. Joy’s birthday is April 19th; perhaps coincidentally, 19 friends joined in the surprise.
