On Saturday, August 2, 2025, eleven volunteers gathered at 7:00 a.m. to clean and revitalize Clearview’s streets. Brenda Loggins led the team, who used mowers, weed eaters, rakes, and other tools to mow, trim, and collect trash.

In addition, they hosted the event of the Sportsman’s Club 2025 honoring individual athletic boys or girls who have made a difference in the state of Oklahoma. Two grandchildren of Tab and Joyce were recipients of the awards. Over 100 people attended the event. The event ended with plenty of fireworks.

Read moreThe old school bell is home again. Late this afternoon, an anonymous couple recovered and dropped the bell off at the mayor’s home. There it was, we were so happy to see it. There was an anonymous reward offered but we did not have the money to pay for the return. But a generous couple came through with the money until we could collect the reward money.
