Larry Wayne McCoy

Funeral services for Larry Wayne McCoy were held Monday, May 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wetumka Cemetery Pavillion with Pastor Bo Gibbs officiating.

Larry Wayne McCoy was born June 7, 1953 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Quinton McCoy and Wanda Jean (Carr) McCoy. He passed away Monday, May 5, 2025 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 71.

Larry was a lifelong resident of Wetumka and a 1971 graduate of Wetumka High School. He was a lifelong farmer and rancher and had previously worked at the Wrangler Plant in Seminole, after high school, and also with G & H Decoys of Henryetta. Larry also worked in the oilfields but always enjoyed working on the farm.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his sister, Diana Lynn McCoy Brown and husband Frank of Huntsville, Alabama; his brother, Ricky Gene McCoy and wife Tammy of Wetumka; one niece and two nephews.

Services were under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Wetumka, Oklahoma.
